Thank you for choosing Almst. We want to ensure each of our clients are completely satisfied with the production or service rendered. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we can able to offer a refund or credit in various forms. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date, or in the case of a production and revision requests, within 30 days of delivery of the latest revision.


If a product or service is refunded after having been purchased with a sale price, the refund will reflect that sale and not the full price.


To request a return please email with the subject “Return Request” and mention your invoice number. Our team will do everything that’s possible to resolve any issues you may have.


In certain cases if we are unable to resolve the issue, we may issue a refund.


A production in progress or that has been in progress is likely not able to be fully refunded.
